When you use our cost calculator, compare dental treatment pricing, or request a clinic consultation, we collect the following categories of information:

Direct Contact Identifiers: Your full name, telephone number (mobile or landline), email address, and UK residential postcode or town.
Clinical & Treatment Enquiries: Treatment type (e.g. Single Dental Implant, All-on-4, Clear Aligners, Emergency Triage, Root Canal), estimated budget, tooth count, bone graft or IV sedation preferences, and treatment timeline.
Technical & Telemetry Data: Client IP address, browser User-Agent, device type, referring URL, and session timestamps.
Cryptographic Consent Tokens: An immutable SHA-256 hash verifying the exact timestamp, consent statement, and IP address at the moment of form submission to satisfy statutory burden of proof under UK GDPR Article 7(1).

How We Share Your Information

We operate with complete commercial and ethical transparency. We only share your data with:

Vetted Partner Dental Practices: General Dental Council (GDC) registered dentists and Care Quality Commission (CQC) regulated practices in your geographical area who have capacity to fulfil your consultation request.
Authorised Routing Infrastructure: Our secure lead clearinghouse engine (Ranked & Ready) and encrypted cloud databases located within the UK and European Economic Area.

Zero Cold-Broker Guarantee: We do NOT sell, lease, or rent your personal contact information to third-party telemarketing call centers, loan sharks, or unrelated insurance brokers. Your data is used exclusively to facilitate your dental enquiry.

Data Retention & Security Standards

We implement bank-grade 256-bit TLS encryption in transit and AES-256 encryption at rest. Active patient enquiry records are retained for a maximum of 12 months to enable clinical appointment tracking, audit compliance, and dispute resolution. After 12 months, contact identifiers are permanently purged or irreversibly anonymized for macro price indexing.

Your Statutory Rights Under UK GDPR

As a UK resident, you hold statutory rights under Chapter III of the UK GDPR:

1. Right to Access: Request a copy of all personal information held about you (Subject Access Request).

2. Right to Rectification: Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete contact records.
